TyreRoomDirect is an online platform that allows customers to purchase tyres and choose between local garage fitting, mobile tyre fitting, or home delivery.

2. Our Service

TyreRoomDirect allows customers to search for tyres by vehicle or size, compare available options, select a local fitting partner or delivery option, and pay securely online.

Tyres may be supplied directly by TyreRoomDirect or through authorised supply partners. Fitting services are provided by independent garages or mobile tyre fitters.

3. Fitting Services

If you select a garage fitting or mobile fitting service, the fitting service will be carried out by an independent partner. TyreRoomDirect acts as a booking and payment platform connecting customers with approved partners.

The fitting partner is responsible for carrying out the fitting service, providing safe installation, and managing the appointment.

TyreRoomDirect is not responsible for delays caused by the fitting partner, vehicle condition issues, or appointment changes required for safety reasons.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on TyreRoomDirect may include tyre cost, fitting fees, and VAT where applicable. Final pricing will be displayed before checkout. Prices may change due to supplier stock availability or pricing updates.

5. Payment

All payments are taken securely online at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods may include debit and credit cards, Klarna or other financing options where available, and digital wallets where supported.

Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

6. Delivery

If you select delivery only, tyres will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on supplier stock and courier services. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct tyre size is ordered.

7. Appointments

Customers must arrive on time or ensure vehicle access for mobile fitting. Vehicles must be in a safe condition for tyre replacement. If a vehicle cannot be safely worked on, the fitter may refuse service.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or appointment confirmation. If tyres have already been shipped or delivered to a fitting partner, cancellation fees may apply. Appointment changes should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled fitting time.

9. Refunds

Refunds may be issued where incorrect tyres are supplied, products are damaged, or the service cannot be completed. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Tyres that have been fitted cannot be returned unless faulty.

10. Tyre Protection

If a tyre protection plan is purchased, the terms of the protection plan will apply. Tyre protection plans cover damage caused by road hazards subject to the policy terms.

11. Product Information

Tyre specifications are provided by manufacturers and suppliers. TyreRoomDirect is not responsible for manufacturer specification changes. Customers should ensure tyres selected are suitable for their vehicle.

12. Limitation of Liability

TyreRoomDirect will not be liable for indirect losses, vehicle damage unrelated to tyre supply, or loss of income or business interruption. Our liability will not exceed the total order value paid by the customer.

13. Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website by attempting to access restricted systems, interfere with website operation, or submit false orders.

14. Privacy

Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
