🔘 Tyres & Tyre Advice
Your tyre size is printed on the sidewall of your current tyres in a format like 205/55 R16 91V. You can also find the correct size in your vehicle handbook or inside the driver's door jamb. Enter your vehicle registration on our site and we'll automatically show you the right sizes.
Premium tyres (Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone) offer the best wet grip, fuel efficiency and longevity. Mid-range tyres (Nexen, Falken, Kumho) provide great performance at a lower price. Budget tyres meet legal requirements and suit lower-mileage drivers on tighter budgets. We display EU tyre labels on every listing so you can compare performance data before you buy.
The EU tyre label rates tyres on three things: Fuel efficiency (A–E, best to worst), Wet grip (A–E, affects stopping distance in rain), and External noise (decibels). All our tyre listings display this label so you can make an informed choice.
Yes, many of our brands offer run-flat variants. Search your tyre size as normal and filter by "Run-flat" to see available options. Note that run-flat tyres require a compatible vehicle with a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
It's generally recommended to fit matching tyres on the same axle. While mixing brands isn't illegal, different tyres handle differently and can affect vehicle stability. We'd always recommend fitting a pair at minimum. Our fitters can advise on the best approach for your vehicle.
🔧 Fitting & Appointments
Yes, absolutely. For all garage and mobile fitting bookings, fitting is included in the price you see at checkout. There are no additional charges at the garage — what you see is what you pay.
Same-day slots are available across our fitter network where stock and availability allow. When you search for tyres and select a fitter, available appointment times are shown in real-time. If a same-day slot is available, you can book it directly.
Simply arrive at your chosen fitter at the booked time. Your new tyres will already be there, ordered through our system. The fitter will remove your old tyres, fit and balance the new ones. The whole process typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on how many tyres are being fitted.
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment time. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible to allow the fitter to reallocate the slot. Cancellations and rebooking are handled by our customer service team.
Standard fitting includes mounting and balancing. Valve replacement and TPMS sensor work may incur a small additional charge depending on your vehicle — your fitter will advise. Any extras are discussed and agreed before work begins.

Yes. Your order confirmation email includes a breakdown of your purchase. If you need a formal VAT invoice, please contact us with your order number and company details and we'll arrange this for you.
🚚 Delivery
Yes. If you prefer to fit your tyres yourself or use your own garage, we offer delivery to any UK mainland address. Select the delivery option at checkout. Delivery timescales are shown at checkout and vary by location.
Delivery timescales depend on the tyre and your location. Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days. Next-day options may be available on selected tyres. The estimated delivery window is shown before you confirm your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Tyl by NatWest for secure card processing. All payments are processed securely and protected by 3D Secure.
Yes. All payments are processed through fully PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and protected by 3D Secure authentication. We never store your card details on our servers.
Yes. If you have a valid promo code, enter it in the "Add coupons" section on the checkout page. Discounts are applied automatically. Codes have expiry dates and usage limits — check the terms of your specific code.
📱 Mobile Fitting
Mobile tyre fitting means a professional fitter comes to you — at your home, workplace or another convenient location — and fits your new tyres on site. There's no need to take your car to a garage. Just book your tyres, choose a mobile fitting slot and we'll come to you.
Mobile fitting availability varies by postcode. Enter your postcode on the tyre search page and filter by "Mobile Fitting" to see available fitters and slots near you. Coverage is expanding regularly across the UK.
Pricing for mobile fitting is shown clearly at checkout. Some mobile fitters include it within the standard price; others may apply a small callout fee which is clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. There are never any hidden charges.
