How tyre delivery and fitting appointments work when ordering from TyreRoomDirect.

Delivery Options
When placing an order on TyreRoomDirect, customers may be able to choose between the following options depending on availability:
- Delivery to a local garage for fitting
- Mobile tyre fitting at your location
- Home or business delivery of tyres only
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on tyre availability, supplier location, and courier services. Estimated delivery times will normally be shown during checkout, but these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery to Fitting Partners
If you select a garage fitting or mobile fitting service, tyres may be delivered directly to the selected fitting partner. Once the tyres arrive, the fitting partner will carry out the fitting appointment at the agreed time.
Home Delivery
If you choose delivery only, tyres will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or missed deliveries, additional delivery charges may apply.
Missed Deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the tyres, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave the tyres in a safe place, or return the tyres to the depot.
Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Stock Availability
Tyres listed on TyreRoomDirect are sourced from suppliers and partner warehouses. In rare cases, stock availability may change after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange an alternative tyre or issue a refund.
Delivery Issues
If your tyres arrive damaged or if there is a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@tyreroomdirect.com. We may ask for photos or further information so we can investigate the issue with the courier or supplier.
Fitting Appointments
If you have selected a fitting service, please ensure your vehicle is available at the agreed appointment time. If the vehicle is not available or accessible, the fitting partner may need to reschedule the appointment and additional charges may apply.
