Information about cancellations, returns, and refunds for TyreRoomDirect orders.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before the tyres have been dispatched or before they have been delivered to the fitting partner.
If the tyres have already been shipped or delivered to the garage or mobile fitter, cancellation may not be possible or a cancellation fee may apply.
To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible at sales@tyreroomdirect.com.
Returns
You may return tyres if they have not been fitted, have not been used, and are returned in their original condition.
Return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving the tyres.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the tyres are faulty or incorrect.
Tyres That Have Been Fitted
Once a tyre has been fitted to a vehicle, it is considered used and cannot normally be returned. This is because tyres are safety-critical products and cannot be resold once installed.
If a fitted tyre is faulty, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the manufacturer.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive tyres that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty please contact us as soon as possible at sales@tyreroomdirect.com.
We may ask for photos or additional details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, although timing may depend on your payment provider.
Fitting Services
Tyre fitting services are carried out by independent garages or mobile tyre fitters. TyreRoomDirect acts as a booking and payment platform connecting customers with these fitting partners.
If there is a problem with the fitting service, please contact us and we will work with the fitting partner to help resolve the issue.
Independent Fitting Partners
TyreRoomDirect works with a network of independent garages and mobile tyre fitters. These partners are responsible for carrying out the tyre fitting service. TyreRoomDirect does not directly perform tyre fitting.
While we aim to work with trusted partners, the fitting work itself is the responsibility of the independent fitter. TyreRoomDirect will assist in resolving issues where possible but may refer technical fitting matters to the fitting partner.
Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a condition suitable for tyre replacement. If the fitter determines that wheel nuts are seized, locking nuts cannot be removed, wheels are damaged, tyres cannot be safely removed, or additional work is required, the fitting partner may refuse or postpone the service for safety reasons.
Additional charges may apply if extra work is required.
